Last weekend we took ownership of our first holiday home thanks initially for Steve’s you tube videos. Shane sold us the caravan, no high pressure sales tactics, very laid back and professional giving us all the information needed. Last weekend Steve did the handover, again putting our minds at rest. There’s been a few very minor “snags” with the caravan, however these have been promptly sorted, nothing is too much trouble. From initial contact when I called to enquire, to completing sale to ongoing after care, I can’t recommend My Leisure Home enough. Shane was our constant throughout but Steve & Toni are hands on at all times too. They’re literally a text, call or email away, always respond & assist until we’re happy. The lodge & caravans available are as described, very fairly priced and as we had a 2nd hand unit they replaced carpets throughout so it looked & felt brand new. The cherry on the top was a surprise bespoke lodge sign they bought & delivered. Small gesture but summed up MLH as a business – thoughtful, pay attention to detail and look after their customers. We love our lodge & the Park were on and all our neighbours have good things to say about them too. I also have a caravan on a commercialised site but just feel like a number there so much prefer being on our MLH site where it feels like home. Highly recommend 100%
